Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, project management, and leadership. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage teams effectively while ensuring that all building systems are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the building, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all occupants.
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including logic controllers, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Oversee mechanical systems maintenance, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement project management strategies for building improvements and renovations.
Interpret schematics to facilitate repairs and upgrades of building systems.
Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors and service providers to coordinate repairs and maintenance work.

Qualifications

Proven experience in building management or a similar role with strong supervisory skills.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and logic controllers.
Excellent project management abilities with a focus on efficiency and safety.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics related to building systems.
