Systems Engineer

Reports To: Systems Integration Lead (functional to Head of SE)

Role Purpose
To provide cross-disciplinary support at section level.

Key Accountabilities
• Apply SE principles to section design.

• Capture and trace requirements locally.

• Support interface resolution at section level.

• Assist in integration testing.

• Provide assurance data to central SE.

Decision Rights & Authority
• Manage requirements/interface records at section level.

• Recommend solutions locally.

• Escalate cross-section issues.

Essential Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering.

• Training in SE principles.

Preferred Experience
• 3–5 years in SE roles.

• Exposure to requirements tools.

KPIs / Success Measures
• Section requirements fully recorded.

• High-quality data fed to central SE.
