Are you ready to lead logistics for one of Europe’s most ambitious rail projects?
GAIA GLOBAL LTD is seeking a high-caliber Logistics & Materials Manager to join the OnEST Track Alliance in Tallinn, Estonia.
This is a unique opportunity for a UK-based professional to work on the prestigious Rail Baltica project - full relocation to Tallinn, Estonia.
What You’ll Do
You will provide leadership and control across all logistics, materials, and plant management functions to ensure the continuous delivery of this massive rail infrastructure project.
Lead & Plan: Develop and implement the Alliance Logistics and Materials Management Plan.
Site Coordination: Manage laydown areas, access routes, and transport permits in coordination with HSE and Construction teams.
Supply Chain Oversight: Track materials procurement, manage inventory, and maintain a live plant utilization tracker.
Heavy Operations: Coordinate heavy haulage, lifting operations, and off-site logistics with global suppliers.
Risk Mitigation: Facilitate communication between design and procurement to forecast and mitigate supply chain risks.
Experience: Proven background managing logistics on large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction sequencing, plant management, and transport/traffic regulations.
Tools: Proficiency in digital logistics systems and inventory management tools.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead coordinators, storekeepers, and material controllers.
Mobility: A valid passport and the flexibility for regular weekly international travel.
