Duties

We are looking for hard working and reliable Mechanical Fitters with experience in assembling and fitting out a wide range of truck components from service trailers through to water carts and service trucks.

In this role, every day will be different, making the job varied, very rewarding as well as challenging at times.

Our client is seeking motivated Candidates from the UK with the following skills and experience:

· Confident assembly skills

· Ensure timely production and quality control to meet specifications

· Be able to read and interpret job drawings and build lists

· Good time keeping skills

· Keeping a tidy and organised workspace for safety and efficiency

· Current UK Driver’s Licence

· Hydraulic and air brake knowledge desirable

· Forklift Licence (Desirable)

· Working at heights (preferred but not essential)

· Confined space training (preferred but not essential)

· Current First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)

Salary and Job Details

Full details will be discussed on an individual basis as dependent on experience.

This opportunity will include:

Requirements

· Candidate must meet VISA and immigration requirements to be considered for this role

· You must be suitably experienced with recognised qualifications /experience as specified above

· You must be eligible and willing to relocate from the UK to Australia

· You must be willing to undertake an ACRO criminal record check
